Professional Malpractice: Medical malpractice, 2 years. Legal malpractice, 3 years. CPA malpractice, 4 years.
Personal Injury: 3 years.
Fraud: 6 years.
Libel / Slander / Defamation: 2 years.
Injury to Personal Property: 6 years.
Product Liability: 3 years from the date of the injury, or within three years of the date the injury was or reasonably should have been discovered. However, no product liability action may be commenced more than six years after a product was purchased.
Contracts: 6 years.
